Setting it up: step by step

Go to Menu → Prizes

In the Swivel dashboard at app.playswivel.com, open the menu and navigate to Prizes. This is your prize library — everything you've configured across all your spinners lives here.

Create a new prize

Click New Prize. Give it a descriptive name — something like "$25 Gift Card" or "Winner's Choice ($50)" that will make sense to teammates when they see it on the spin wheel result.

Select "Gift Card Link" as the prize type

In the prize type dropdown, choose Gift Card Link. This connects the prize to the Tango integration and enables automatic delivery.

Set the prize value

Enter the dollar amount you want to offer. This is the value of the Tango gift card link the winner will receive. You can create multiple prize tiers — a $10 slot for frequent wins and a $50 slot for the rare jackpot, for example.

Add it to a spinner and set win probability

Assign the prize to one or more slices on your spin wheel. For each slice, set the win probability — the percentage chance of landing on it. All slices must sum to exactly 100%.

That's all the setup required. When a teammate wins a spin with a Gift Card Link prize, Swivel automatically triggers Tango, which delivers a personalized link to the winner's email. They click it, browse the catalog, and choose their reward.
